BASIC PROJECTS, PERMITTING DOCUMENTS AND EXECUTIVE PROJECTS

Once the Concept Design is approved, must be developed the necessary tools for the technical and functional definition of the proposed solutions. 

• Basic Project: Detail Design in which the idea and solution approved on the feasibility study are developed, to evaluate technically and economically the proposed solutions and be able to ndertake the proper administrative and permitting procedures. 

• Executive Project: Final constructive definition of all the work units in which the project is developed, both qualitatively and quantitatively, from the geometric perspective (dimensions and shapes) as well as from the point of view of materials quality, technical specifications for execution and the applicable work plan. These construction documents are the necessary tool to proceed with the bidding and execution.

AGRONOMIC ENGINEERING

GOLFWORKS considers the maintenance of golf courses a key factor to achieve the full potential of a project. Both greenkeeping and maintenance of the infrastructures functionalities are a non-stoping process, a milestone to enlarge the infrastructures lifespan and maximize the playability, the visual appearance and aesthetic of the golf course.
